Inspired by his parents’ desire to better the community through education, training and service, Jon and Tracy set out to create the McGlothian Foundation. Our vision is to inspire aspirational individuals to achieve their education and training goals so that they can better serve our communities.  

Our vision at McGlothian Foundation is to be a catalyst for lifelong learning and career advancement, empowering adult learners to reach their full potential and make meaningful contributions to society. We strive to be a leader in innovative, high-quality educational programming, leveraging the latest technologies and best practices to deliver exceptional learning experiences. We envision a world where all individuals have access to the education and workforce development training they need to succeed in their chosen careers, regardless of their background or circumstances. We will also initiate and support community outreach programs.
